Hi Phillip, thanks for the analysis! I wonder if it could be required that default brake setting should not be emergency, and therefore it should be required that the .eng file be modified, instead of adapting the code.

hello, and therefore modify a large number of eng? no thank you. concerning the problem of ai trains which do not respect the line speed or signals if they are generated at the start of the simulation (those which are generated during respect the speeds) I gave up, I would live with it.. Serana's French tcs scripts no longer work since mg 140.. the simulation pulls too much towards US trains, that's my opinion. return to 151.2. and thank you again for the work done since then this time.

Thanks for the information. I updated NYMG a long time ago, but then I won't go any further. I'll stay with the current one.

ORNYMG rev. 152.1 is available. It is aligned to the actual testing release T1.5.1-957 and includes two patches by pschlick solving locomotive light problems, tnat is this https://www.elvastow...post__p__308409 and this https://www.elvastow...post__p__308373 (issues raised by alte80). Moreover it includes a workaround for https://www.elvastow...to-an-ai-train/ (issue raised by engmod).

Hi, please apply the attached patch to ORNYMG 152.1; it should fix the issue.

Hello, greetings from Brazil!

I was using the older version of Open Rails - Monogame and was using a very useful feature to change the brightness of the environment through the dispatcher screen, called Daylight offset (hrs). However, I found that in this current version, this feature was either removed or moved.

Here in Brazil, the darkening time (the night only arrives) on certain days, at 7 or 8 pm, different from Open Rails. Would it be possible to re-implement this feature in new versions of Open Rails Monogame?

Hello.
The first is not a problem: daylight offset was moved and placed with other settings (what to show on screen, what color of background to choose)
The second is an issue, demanding to sort it out.

Hello Weter, how are you? Nice to talk to you!

Where do I find the Daylight offset (hrs) feature again? I looked in my Open Rails Monogame and I can't find it. Still on the dispatcher screen (Ctrl + 9)? I haven't found this feature yet. Could you show me where I can find it?

Thank you very much, a hug from Brazil!

Thank You in turn.
It's discussion may be found here:
https://www.elvastow...post__p__299990
and further.
Especially, there:
https://www.elvastow...post__p__303246

You can use search (upper-right of the page) in forums for the term, You need to learn: "daylight+offset" in our case.
In the list of topics, click the topic's name (on the left), not the last post (which is on the right) - then first post with words in question will be shown, while words themselves (we have connected them with plus sign and enclosed to quotation marks for searching them, being together only) will be shown in red, upon yellow background in that and all further posts, containing them.

Hi Christophe,
what cabview features are you losing with the newer ORNYMG releases?

Hi Carlo,
The french RSO (répétition des signaux optiques) and KVB (Control de vitesse par balises) features look like incompatible with New MG :(
We are stuck in our scale 1:1 simulator :(

A stupid question: have you enabled the Web Server in the ORNYMG options?

Info about content of the various PR to the Unstable release can be found here
https://github.com/o...openrails/pulls

The Monogame related code intentionally coincides only partly with the code of the OR official testing version.

Instructions and additional files to use the AWS TCS are available here http://www.elvastowe...post__p__255510 .

Users having not more than 4 GB RAM are suggested to run selecting general options checkbox for optional run at 32 bit on Win64.

When running on Win64, the player can select if he prefers running at 64 bit or 32 bit. In this second case RunActivity32.exe is run, and only a maximum of 4 GB of RAM can be accessed by OR. If the computer has only 4 GB RAM, selecting the option to run at 32 bit on Win64 is recommended.
Note for developers: Runactivity32.exe is not generated by building the pack, but manually doing a copy of Runactivity.exe, renaming it Runactivity32.exe, and using on the Developer Command Prompt command corflags with the modifier -32BITPREF+

NOTE: See here http://www.elvastowe...mg-and-reshade/ for an installation guide of ReShade.

When running on Win64, if you are running OR at 64 bit (option not checked) you must point ReShade to OpenRails64.exe; if you are running OR at 32 bit (option checked) you must point ReShade to OpenRails.exe.

It is suggested to unpack the .zip using 7zip, if other unpackers lead to problems.

Revision 152.1 can still be downloaded from here http://www.interazio...loads/index.php (click on OR_NewYear_MG_oldrecent.zip) .
