Mr. Csantucci,
I found a problem with function TwoState by Style( ONOFF ). It seems that OpenRails can do ON but no OFF.
Pls check this.

Here an example:
TwoState (
Type ( WIPERS TWO_STATE )
Position ( 143 313 94 18 )
Graphic ( ../../common.cab/cab240zssk/240_K_maska.ace )
NumFrames ( 1 1 1 )
Style ( ONOFF )
MouseControl ( 0 )

)

I may be being too simplistic here, but if there's only one frame - NumFrames ( 1 1 1 ), how can two states be displayed??

Cheers,
Ged

Twostate must be working in OR because the default Dash9 horn is a twostate switch onoff

TwoState (
Type ( HORN TWO_STATE )
Position ( 106 425 30 21 )
Graphic ( "Horn.ace" )
NumFrames ( 2 2 1 )
Style ( ONOFF )
MouseControl ( 1 )
)

Yes. But with only one frame as in Icik's example it doesn't work in OR neither in MSTS, so to me it's not a bug.

If two states are to be displayed, on and off, there must be the correct number of frames to do this. 1 1 1 is only a single frame with one state and therefore will never show two states. If you look at the Dash9 horn, that is a two state on off and has 2 2 1 which is two frames with two states. I agree with Carlo that this is not a bug but is an error in coding the cvf.

Does the underlying cab texture have the control pictured in the "OFF" position? If so, does MSTS overlay the cab texture with the control texture when the control is ON but not overlay it when OFF because there's only one frame? Is this what Icik is talking about?

Dennis

In MSTS you don't see any difference in the cab in the ON and OFF states. Just the same that you see in OR.

Hi Mr. Csantucci,

I try the cab, who the reading the position is not in order. Is not functional. Texture is reading just in order ascending or descending, but not in out of order.

Please fix that. It was functional, but now again not.

Lever (
Type ( TRAIN_BRAKE LEVER )
Position ( 503 345 136 136 )
Graphic ( "..//..//common.cab//cab150//150021_DAKO-BSE.ace" )
Style ( SPRUNG )
MouseControl ( 1 )
NumFrames ( 8 4 2 )
NumPositions ( 5 0 3 4 5 6 )
NumValues ( 5 0.00 0.30 0.50 0.70 0.90 )
Orientation ( 0 )
DirIncrease ( 0 )
ScaleRange ( 0 1 )
)

Can you be more precise? What frames are displayed for the various values?
Can you check if release x.3652 works correctly?
