Hi Goku,
I have been using TSRE nearly every day for months now on my new route, and I have not yet placed a speedpost or signal. Too busy trying to lay tracks, get the terrain right, make and place scenery etc. It will be many months more before speedposts become critical for me.
I'm sure that many others are using the tool, and it will be used for a long time into the future. It is a great editor for MSTS/OR, and I hope it will get even better.

It appears from the video that the turbines are facing the camera. That is the wind is flowing from the camera toward the turbines. If that is the case then the blades are rotating backwards.
