Nice steamers.

I've just recently installed that route today. From what little I've seen it seems to be an interesting route. But I've heard from someone else that it was nothing earth shattering.

It is a very interesting route, 3000 miles and a bit to explore. There are a lot of things in it that are interesting from a scenery point of view. Earth shattering, no. Awesome and overwhelming from the sheer size, yes. Some of the activities are among the longest I have seen so far in MSTS, with only a couple of Chinese route giving longer running hours per activity.

It is an amalgam of several different routes, so the scenery standards are not the same overall.

It's a great route from what I've seen so far. Earth shattering compared to some of todays high quality routes, maybe not. But considering how long ago this project was started and the size, it would take a team of people forever to bring it up to todays standards. And by then it would be out dated. I personally think they did a great job and appreciate all the time and work put into it. And I'm great full they decided to share it with the public.

Well, everyone has their different opinions about the route. For me the route was a little hard running at first, but with the correction of an error and some minor adjustments, it runs smoother than any route I have for the regular train simulator. There are mutiple amazing features, like the horshoe curve, thunderstorms, and custom buildings and track. But everyone has their opinion about the route.
