I was correcting your statement so it would not mislead others regarding naming conventions. By removing the "-" you, more than likely, corrected a typographic error and thus the folder names and consists matched --- solving your problem.

The statement of fact you wrote:

Both Open Rails & ConBuilder will accept hyphens, dashes, spaces, and underscores in consist and folder names.
