Past the Merrimack is the town of Balford, where 122 places its train on the siding in front of the station, so it can run around the consist and switch the Gelatin plant. The siding has an empty acid tank car and bone hopper.

Our last branch takes us over the NH/VT border, the Connecticut River, to the city of Henry Falls. Heavily inspired by Lowell, Bellows Falls, and White River Junction, the city serves as a connection between the New England Central Railroad, the Green Mountain Railroad, and the Thurmont and Branford.

Across town is the Green Mountain Railroad's facilities, and where the T&B has yard rights for interchange on their geographically separated Wilcott Branch. I do wish we had more VRS engines available...

The train passes a few sights down the branch, including a lumber yard and former grain elevator before reaching the banks of the James River.

Before entering Wilcott, TB 200 drops off cars bound for Montmorency Talc, letting the company-owned HH660 switcher handle it later.

Crossing over an upside-down covered bridge (yeah, they're a thing. Weird concept but pretty cool), the local enters the small yard in Wilcott, VT, where one can find a Rochester Shoe Tree Co. facility, a propane distributor, and the former facilities of the Wilcott Railroad.

Har dee har. Didn’t mean to plug another forum like that, just haven’t uploaded anything over here.
However, once I’m done with version 2 I’ll absolutely try to get it here as well!

Boy, I agree about the water.
And I am really enjoying these pictures. Some look very much like local scenes. The river in Hinsdale looks rather like the Connecticut River in that town with the railroad running out along the river on fill. And the GMRC connection looks like Turners Falls MA.
