Excellent shots, all.

Claus:

Would it be possible for you to remember to let us MSTS/ORTS types know what sim your pictures are taken within? That way I'll know which of the sims I'm seeing in case of a possible future purchase.

It sure would be appreciated by this V scaler.

Hi Andre http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif,

Of course, my mistake.

I'm still a MSTS/ORTS type, despite the fact, that I'm enjoying Trainz at the moment http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif.

Everything on the latest pages in this thread, is from T:ANE, including the Chessie and BN images.

Best regards Claus

Thanks Claus!

I was wondering if the BN photos were taken in DTG's offering. (I don't know the name of their latest iteration.) Surprised to learn it, too, was TANE.

I must say that the lighting in TANE is FAR more impressive than the lighting in any other Trainz version I've seen. Of course, it could be your mastery of graphic card settings and photography skills I'm seeing!

I'm in agreement with Andre: the lighting and shadows are indeed fantastic! Claus, have you made any modifications to the routes (I don't even know if that's even possible with T:ANE), or is everything "straight out of the box" from Jointed Rail?

Hi Paul and thanks http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif,

Everything you see is "straight out of the box".
I haven't modified anything at all, only made some modifications/adjustments to the environmental light and the Sun light, which can be done in-game.

Best regards Claus

Claus, I'm enjoying it too.

I remember those Chessie SD40-2's. There weren't many of them and I never in my life saw so many congregated as in your screenshot. Chessie soured on six axle units in the seventies and got hundreds and hundreds of GP40-2's instead. They were cool when they showed up.

Hi Christopher http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif,

I'm glad you're enjoying the Chessie SD40-2's. They will turn up in this thread again http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif.

Best regards Claus
