Here are eng/wag.

Presurre brake cylider of locomotive disappear from basic HUD always, when second number in notch is 1. For example Goldorf 380 or Dash.

Why don´t you use for brake controller 26L and 24LR notch
TrainBrakesControllerMinimalReductionStart as the MSTS? This notch will reduce pressure in brake pipe as set by TrainBrakesControllerMinPressureReduction ( x ). No work in OR.

24LR
             NumNotches ( 5
Release         Notch( 0.0  0 TrainBrakesControllerReleaseStart )
Running         Notch( 0.25 0 TrainBrakesControllerGraduatedSelfLapLimitedStart )
First Service   Notch( 0.30 0 TrainBrakesControllerMinimalReductionStart )
Lap             Notch( 0.50 0 TrainBrakesControllerSelfLapStart )
Service         Notch( 0.75 0 TrainBrakesControllerContinuousServiceStart )
Emergency       Notch( 1.00 0 TrainBrakesControllerEmergencyStart )
    )

The BC pressure will only appear when the engine brakecontoller does not display a % value.

There was along discussion in this thread which covered some of the various thoughts offered by people.

Seems a reasonable proposition. I will investigate it some more.

Is this a working extract or a suggestion? It only has 5 notches defined, but 6 declared?

I have hope that You will invent super brakes. Right now my steam locomotives are non driveble. Brakes gone mad. I wish You will create schematic for steam loco brakes :)

Can you expand on your comments a bit?

"Brakes gone mad" does not provide any specific details apart from the fact that you are getting frustrated.

It will be confusing to the player. I think a better solution is display the BC pressure of locomotives for all engine/train brake controller.

Only suggestion inspired by those pages. I'm sorry. I wrote it wrong. Correctly to be six.

Ok I have use Westinghouse setting from Czech steamers. I have delete one noch ( quick realese) and now it's working fine.

Brake_Train ( 0 1 0.05 0.2
NumNotches ( 5

Notch ( 0.00 0 TrainBrakesControllerReleaseStart )
Notch ( 0.20 0 TrainBrakesControllerNeutralhandleOffStart )
Notch ( 0.30 1 TrainBrakesControllerApplyStart )
Notch ( 0.85 0 TrainBrakesControllerFullServiceStart )
Notch ( 1.00 0 TrainBrakesControllerEmergencyStart )
)

What brake control valve are you trying to emulate?

A6, A7, 24RL, or other (what type)?

This should start working in OR now (#3612).

Minimal reduction??? Why? It dosn´t in real life exist! In this position is just closure of brake pipe for test of leak.
