Jovet, the latest downloads are all EXE files. I have to go back to June 2016 to find a ZIP file in the 'old' folder. Is that the 'zip' file I need to start with?
It is my understanding that all of the later
.exe files will automatically download the rest of the required files. So, one can just download the latest executable, stick it into its own folder somewhere, and run it (
as Administrator if necessary).
When this process fails to work, then you would need to dig up the most-recent
.zip file. The answer to your question was Yes, and you got it figured out.... glad to hear.
You can keep dropping newer
.exe files into that folder as they come out. Be sure to put the latest one in there after extracting the
.zip files.
