The trackpieces or roadpieces will snap together when you place a new one. You simply have to click on the last shape you want connect to. The click has to be near the blue pole.

For me I still have to manually connect and re center the track unless Im missing a step, but seems like a lot of work considering how the MS editor just snaps to the last shape you placed.

Thank you for considering the manual input of gradient

I do not know where you have problem. Maybe you are not pressing Z? ..

I cant seem to get the end results as Lutz or the original editor where the track would snap directly on the blue pole. "The trackpieces or roadpieces will snap together when you place a new one. You simply have to click on the last shape you want connect to. The click has to be near the blue pole. "
My click near the blue pole winds the track piece about 5 meters away from the blue pole at times, is there a special place we need to click?

If your click distance to blue pole is < 2m, track will snap to this blue pole.
You can see it on this very old video: https://www.youtube....h?v=F1ulyfL16CM

@cnw_fan
Please have a look at the checkbox "Stick to TrackDB". The snapping only works for me if the checkbox is unchecked.

Cheers Lutz

No dice it still winds up like described , like I said before just seems like a lot of work trying to lay track where before it was all ready with the DB and snapable with just a click.

I really like how marker files are supported now and how its set up but I have noticed that there are no words or letters on top of them like MSTS has. Will that be added later as for me I like to mark my markers so I know where things are like switches roads, track exc...

Next release :)

Looks good. Do you also implement something to differentiate the three marker types? Maybe different textcolor for each type?

Cheers Lutz

I'd suggest keeping the text color black, but changing a translucent background around the text to a particular color for each marker type. And even allowing for more types than MSTS has.
