I didn't think the cars had a "loaded" or "unloaded" capacity. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to have a different wagon for a loaded vs unloaded car?

In the recent posts, people want to simulate (un)loading freight trains by substituting loaded wagons for empty ones. The command $triggers makes a new train from the old, with a new consist. In this case substituting a loaded consist( ie different models showing the load).
Unfortunately, $triggers no longer seems to do this. I guess we will have to wait for the next update.
However, simulating the loading by triggering a new train is rather a workaround, and it maybe better in future to use the track pickup object, or the freight anim?
The problem with $triggers maybe related to the introduction of coupling, and pools. The timetable "remembers" consist IDs despite consist cuts and joins. I have a mail train that splits 4 ways, and elements of the original consist join and leave 4 trains. It would be very hard for the user to remember the consist formations when new trains are $formed.
Howky, freight trains can be handled outside of platforms, by giving commands in the "dispose" field at the end of the train path. But it could be worth adding some platforms to the route. With platforms, cars can be detached and picked up, and the train continues.

I use timetable to create the activities, I broadcast it so that other players can do it. the worry is that I can not give any instructions along the way. in the future will it be possible to implement a message. or is there a trick to do it now? thank you for all the work done.

Please, check a $triggers command. It is not work at some last Testing Versions . I tried X4017, and used previous backup versions and in X3864 the command works. At later versions it works like $forms.
