What hidden settings are there actually? Setting that are (no longer) set by the OR Menu window dialogs?

I have only added ShaderModel and ShadowAllShapes per your instructions.

Anything listed at the start of the log (and in the console window) can be set. A very small number are used by the menu to pass state to the game, but most can freely be edited.
