Not directly to your question but I happened upon this guy last week http://www.goldenspike.us/ and assuming he does his job properly the prices are good and the selection fairly broad.
You can often find similar books on abebooks.com -- used of course -- but usually if quite good shape. Sometimes you find a deal. Same for Powells.com. I've only had one problem in several years of doing business w/ both. eBay too... sometimes worthwhile things.

I have dealt with Golden Spike before for Milwaukee Road Electrics books. A good dealer, fast and dependable. They do have the SP books for a few bucks less than full retail. Thanks for reminding me about them. ;)
