Consist Editor is part of my TSRE app.

1. Download and unzip http://koniec.org/ts...RE5_v0.6124.zip
2. edit settings.txt and set path to your MSTS/OR routes/trains directory:
gameRoot = F:/train simulator
3. Run "Con Editor.bat"

GOku,
Your download for your new editor is not working.
We would like to Download the new editor and where is the side
to download.
Please advice!
Thanks..
caboose78

How to use:
1. select consist from list or click file->new
2. find train on list, double click or click "add"
3. enter file name if empty
4. file->save

Graphic con view:
mouse - select
F - flip
Del - delete
Left/Right - move left/right

It is not finished, but still very fun to use.

This is the correct link to TSRE builds. Sort the list by DATE by clicking on the column header and use the latest one.

Am I right in thinking that the Consist Editor has been, I hope only temporarily, withdrawn? I have the latest version of TSRE5, v.0.69761, and there seems to be no sign of the consist editor. If so, what a pity!

The TSRE-CE is accessed via Con Editor.bat file in the TSRE5 folder. Or via "TSRE5.exe --conedit" at a DOS prompt but w/o the " marks.

Thanks again. Just to clarify the instructions, I had to choose the parent folder of the TRAINS folder for Open Rails - i.e. the parent of the GLOBAL, ROUTES and TRAINS folders, otherwise I got a red bar showing the folder I'd just selected and nothing else.

It's looking promising though!!
