I guess it depends what you are interested in right? The good thing is that (almost) any route posted on trainsim.com is usable in ORTS, provided you use xtracks and newroads (also available on trainsim.com).

Once you create an account, just download whichever route you are interested. I've tried the RMD_East route which is particularly scenic, beautiful route, I would recommend that as I've found it much more enjoyable than the TS starter route (in my opinion).

Gratitude also to those, who have submit votes, but what of Asian and European routes to add? - is a question to those, who voted for "more".

Another vote for Paul Charland's routes. They have the virtue of not needing any MSTS content.
