What's this?
I guess it has something to do with UK signals. But what? Tried to google details, but no luck. Source code gave no clues either.

It is the "sunflower" or visual indication for the AWS (Automatic Warning System).
If a distant signal or multiple aspect signal (MAS) is passed giving a clear aspect then a bell rings and the indication becomes black.
If a distant signal or multiple aspect signal (MAS) is passed giving a caution aspect then a horn sounds and the yellow and black sunflower is shown.
If the driver does not cancel the horn, then the brake is applied.
After the horn is cancelled the visual indication remains.

In Portugal we have some english Electric locomotives similar to Class 50 and Class 20 - They came with that sun flower but has our signal system is nowhere similar the dial is used to show has a general mal-function warning on diesel engine.
