Hello! First Thanks to EngMod for accepting to help us.. so...
Back to the Shape, my A2t4000r1RndTun.s file is 38kb and dated 2012-01-30

It cames from Norbert's DB Tracks and it uses the following textures:

DB_TunTrack1.ace
DB_TunRails1.ace
DB_TunTrack2s.ace

Lastly.. i want to show you a screenshot taken from Shape Viewer... here is the piece of shape... It looks normal.. o.O

Hello.

It seems normal and it really is.
BUT!
This is not the same as the track element in the opening image. This is the modern compression spring design, the shoulder of the concrete cross-bottom is clearly visible, to which the spring is tensioned.
The track element in the opening image is quite different. The bottom surface of the concrete cross is straight. Maybe it's the old GEO system compression.
It may be possible to solve the issue by replacing the track element.

Sincerely, Laci1959

I would like you to replace your file with mine and see what happens.
backup your file first.

I believe your file has been overwritten.

Hi! so i've tested ( i make first a backup of original shape ) the Engmod standard shape of the a2t4000xxxx tunnel piece, here is the result:

First image in Shape Viewer
Second Image in ORTS

as you can notice, it works... so this is a problem of the Norbert DB Track Shape i think
