Hi Folks,

I run into this all the time with my models - specifically my steam locomotives which have a large number of animations.

Route Riter always works for me - as well as the TSUtil command line which I believe drives RR.

java TSUtil fmgr -s -c "${DOSEXPPATH}" "${DOSEXPPATH}"


I never even try with SFM anymore.

I use SFM and it compressed all of your files . The largest files just require a little patience to complete .
It takes much longer to uncompress the large files .
No problems so far .

Thanks. I was able to compress the shape files with "zipper" without any problems occurring.

My SFM quit compressing files some time ago. I just use RR now.
