Is MaxPower() still being used as the default full hp entry for the locomotive if used by itself or does it need to be used with ORTSDieselEngineMaxPower()? The last I recall, Peter made changes so that MaxPower() is now power to the rails, not from the shaft, but as far as I know this is in combination with ORTSDieselEngineMaxPower().
