Yes, I have that option checked all the time. A total list of my settings would be pretty long, so here are two screenshots, one of the general settings menu and the other the experimental settings:





These are the settings that result in missing winter textures for Ruel and Mullan. Perhaps it is the result of very large .dds textures, since a lot of the terrain is custom painted for those routes?

I'm not able to reproduce the problem and don't have the routes where the problem occurs. Accordingly to your statements the problem occurs only in two routes, and only when a non-essential option, which is additional to the ones present in the OR official versions, is set. So I think we will have to live with that.
