Train controlled by the Chilean army, built in 1900 to cross the Andes to Argentina, it was never achieved but it worked for the towns in the mountain range (San Jose de Maipo - Puente alto, Santiago de Chile) and miners, until 1985 with several German locomotives, Deutz and Jung.
Today the train does not exist, but in memory it does, and in OR.

I should mention that it is a route that I have yet to finish, it runs 60 km inside the mountain, I just built 12 km, as soon as I finish I will share it to download.

Wow, that routes of yours looks awesome. Especially the photo-realistic texturing on the distant terrain does a great job enhancing the scene! http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/jawdrop2.gif
Mucha suerte y que tengas la constancia necesaria para completar esa ruta! :good2:

It's not easy to do something with photextures, and you nailed it! Lower polys aren't always a bad thing after all, eh?

Thanks.
the textures also have a lot of influence, in giving a simple 3d model, the feeling of being of thousands of polygons
Also for mountainous areas, change the gray color of the OR fog to a blue color for more realism on the mountain, like current simulators, for example Flight simulator 2020

Yes, That would be much more prototipic.
But it seems to be not a fog only - I think this is fluorescention of air itself (layers with 20+km thickness).
So, more correct would be to add some blue color to "air" itself to substitute current emptyness, populated with white fog.
As a background for this photo, I've lust remember the "lonely shepherd" piece.
