11.4.7.5 timing command paragraph have swallowed shunting commands.
Between $noclaim
And
$detach
So, next paragraph (Start commands) is expected to be not 11.4.7.6, but 11.4.7.7 already.

This has been present from the first time the table was included (see https://github.com/o...mment-755186771). It is correctly displayed in some formats, but not in the pdf version. I couldn't manage to fix it at the time, so some help would be welcome.

If someone can provide similar code for OVERCHARGE, ORTS_BAILOFF and ORTS_QUICKRELEASE buttons, then I'll add all 4 buttons into the Manual.
TwoState ( Type ( ORTS_QUICKRELEASE TWO_STATE ) Position ( 180 425 30 21 ) Graphic ( button1.ace ) NumFrames ( 2 2 1 ) Style ( WHILE_PRESSED ) MouseControl ( 1 ) )
TwoState ( Type ( ORTS_BAILOFF TWO_STATE ) Position ( 150 425 30 21 ) Graphic ( button1.ace ) NumFrames ( 2 2 1 ) Style ( WHILE_PRESSED ) MouseControl ( 1 ) )
TwoState ( Type ( ORTS_OVERCHARGE TWO_STATE ) Position ( 120 425 30 21 ) Graphic ( button1.ace ) NumFrames ( 2 2 1 ) Style ( ONOFF ) MouseControl ( 1 ) )

It was called "$runround parameter" by mistake. At $forms and $triggers command descriptions.
Thanks for looking at this and trying to obtain confirmation.
However, when I search through the Open Rails code, the string "runaround" is nowhere to be found. The only string to be found is "runround":

But the key point, that this is a qualifier, but not a parameter.

I couldn't get a table to flow across multiple pages reliably, so replaced it with multiple lists. Now in PR 736.
