I opened up MLT's Cascade Crossing route to do a bit of checkup on some things, and it didn't go exactly to plan.
TSRE Bug.jpg (168.49K)
Number of downloads: 3
As seen here, TSRE does not display any shapes on this route. It loads and looks fine in Open Rails.
I checked a different route, and all of the shape files loaded just fine.
What could possibly cause this? Did my Scalerail replacement have anything to do with this? I don't think it would've caused this, but you never know.
This is using the latest 64bit version, 0.698

A look at the log.txt file in the tsre folder may provide a clue.

Or maybe the errors and messages in the tools menu.

I checked that box, and I didn't get anything about being unable to load shapes.

After doing yet more testing, the error seems to have cropped up during the initial shape replacement cycle, before Dynatrax was applied
I did a Dynatrax update to the route, and that didn't cause all of the shapes to disappear. I think I need to talk to Eric Olsen again.

There is an error loading .w files. Check them for unusual structure.
Maybe they have additional lines before header?
World file must start like this:

Thanks Goku. That makes sense.
Next time I do my SR conversion, I'm going to try and make sure nothing gets mucked up this time. I'll be doing some tests.
