Thats the thing about these mapping services in general... they never, ever just stay the same and seem insist on breaking anyone who has developed a tool.

Hi gang, I use TSRE 0.7.002 and have so far never had any major problems with it in regards to TDB or track/road pieces placed in my route project. I put the piece down, adjust its elevaion and deselect it - a yellow line forms showing it's added to the TDB. I can then, without pressing Z, delete it and the line goes away with it as well. If I want to change the elevation or rotation of a track piece, I do press Z before and after.

I've built an entire route this way and so far have had no problem. I've added and removed signals with no fuss either.

On dynamic track I've found overlapping by .01 or so prevents the little gap that can cause rolling stock to change size, the TDB seems to pass the gap regardless.

I'll agree with Dave things can be a bit sensitive and a track piece, road or object suddenly get flung off into the aether when selecting it. But it's the only major annoyance so far. Oh, and the fact you can't select a render distance, making it lag on weaker machines.

In the settings.txt file look for the statement 'tileLod' and enter the desired value with reference to:
Tile view distance. 0 = 1x1 tiles, 1 = 3x3 tiles, 2 = 5x5 tiles etc. The default MSTS value is 1.
