On both OR wersion MG and standard there are two problems with signals. I have checked and tested severas signal settings and light sizes and it gives nothing. Here Screens form CN Bala and CPR MacTier.

You should attach the sigscr.dat and sigcfg.dat files as well as the .s and .ace files of a failing signal, and the LightTex texture that the signal uses for the lights. Maybe someone can have a check.

When you change the light diameter in the sigcfg.dat file, you also have to use a different siglight.ace. The one usually found in routes is the one designed for MSTS to give better sighting of the aspect. I always replace that with the old default one and adjust the diameter in the sigcfg.dat to fit the model light lens.

Do other people using such routes have the same problem?

No problems with either route in any version of OR -- latest stable version, experimental, or Monogame. I've changed siglight ace out for something other than supplied with routes and then adjusted radius.
?He may be using the variable glow settings mentioned in this thread: http://www.elvastowe...661#entry244661

Sorry that I'm moaning again ;) here are default cfg for lights direct from setup. I have put them to routes and still there is a problem. Is there any possibility to download all rev of MG ? Then I will check from where error occures .

I do not think that OR is at fault here. The sigcfg.dat file contains large radius figures - Radius ( 1.6 ) - and the siglight.ace is designed to use that with a very small lens in a large square most of which is alpha'd. This ace is the one that caused the background to disappear behind the signal in MSTS.

To get the proper sized light you need to make the radius much smaller and use the original default siglight.ace.

There are a number of options to sort this problem (some have already been suggested above) :
  • Use a standard signal texture file and adjust the radius.
  • Switch off the 'signal glow' feature in the options menu.
  • Switch off the 'signal glow' for these signals by setting signal glow to 0, adding these lines in sigcfg.dat :
                    ORTSDayglow( 0.0 )
                    ORTSNightglow( 0.0 )

As for the light which should be yellow - check the signal script for that signal, probably something wrong there.

There is no need to test any older MG versions or whatever - there have been no relevant changes to the code related to these issues for the last two years or so.

Regards,
Rob Roeterdink

Bala was fixed as You suggrest. I change radius to 0.11 for all and give default siglight from Marias Pass.
