I use a 70m long cube for measuring the distance between gantry masts. I select this cube, press "T" and move it to the next position. Put the mast there, select the cube, press "T" and so on. Problem now is, after moving the cube from one position to the next, and planting the mast I cannot select the cube any more. I can select all the surrounding objects, the tiles, but not the cube. How can I remove the cube?

Might check the tile number and go to the global folder and find that global file. Find the 70m long cube, and delete it there, should disappear from you route.

When you move object using T mode, the object always belong to the tile when it was placed first.
So, when you move it too far, over two tiles, it's not possible to select it, because TSRE selection range is only +one tile.
It this happen, you can select this object from adjacent tile. More solutions were posted somewhere on this forum.

Thank you, that solved my problem. It is quite difficult to find relevant posts for a problem. Especially the thread " New Route Editor for Open Rails" is unmanageable.
