Update 9: So I've got the bell, clapper and the mounting bolt placed in their respective locations. I've also been experimenting with a new SUNBEAM Electric Headlight and rebuilt the headlight mounting bracket on the front of the smokebox, I'm mostly waiting to find the drawings of said headlight to get it correctly built, but so far no luck on finding anything.

Bell.

Update 10: Today I made a couple renders of the new journal boxes on the tender trucks on a view showing the original low poly mesh from the original tender I made two years ago, but in the next two years it'll be updated with meshes designed from the builder's drawings. And new steel tires for the main drivers have been made and placed. The original drivers were a smaller diameter so I used the new tires as a gauge to raise the rods and everything to the proper height, The driver centers will be replaced as work continues on this locomotive.

<Admin comment>Some edits for Matt.

Wow, the new journal boxes definitely make a difference on the tender, as do the other modifications on the main model!
I can't help dreaming about all the trains with great names these locomotives used to pull before being relegated to freight and eventually excursion trains. Heck, they once even pulled troop trains in WW2 etc. I sure wish we had more documents from those times past.
