Is it possible to set in the route that this is turned right down as soon as the route/activity is launched by any command.. I know its no major issue as you can simply turn it down with shift -
(some routes greatly benefit from it being turned off - like the dry distant mountains of Seligman Sub - where the distant view and sense of journey and distance still seem oddly miles ahead in terms of immersion than TSW or TS17)

An ORTS Weather Change command in the activity file setting fog to 0 will do it, but any change to the activity in the MSTS AE will wipe out the change in the .act file. Hopefully, Goku's AE, when perfected, will make setting weather changes easy--and permanent when the file is saved.

Is this another case where it's possible to have a OR-only file that "includes" the MSTS activity file then applies a couple of OR-only things like the weather change? Would OR look in the Open Rails folder for the route first, then default to the MSTS folders, as is the case for .eng and the like? And would an alternative activity editor (I think there's one, but I can't remember which) necessarily wipe out all non-MSTS items the way the MSTS editor does? Yes, full of questions this morning...
