Yes, that is CUT ... with a few tweaks, it serves as a decent stand-in for parts of the old NHRR 'west end' but one has to be careful about what parts of the route to run so as to avoid some glaring scenery gaps, etc. A shame the route was never completed, there is lots of complex track work done that had to represent a substantial effort.
