TSRE5: Placing UKFS Double and Single slips blue poles remain on switches

A train can`t cross the switch.
I can complete the slips OK in MSTS RE.
Could someone with UKFS please test this for me before I trouble Goku? Maybe I am doing something silly?
I`m using ukfs_xsdl2_20m5_9d46 and ukfs_xssr2_20m5_9d46
Drop in switches are ukfs_tsls_9d46 and ukfs_tsrs_9d46
TSRE5 0.668
Thanks, rick

It is present in t section 41. Here is an entry.

Indeed there is something wrong:

Question is if it is TSRE bug, or TrackShape bug. I think it may be second option, because MSTS allows for bigger "holes" between tracks. In TSRE it is set to 0.1 m.

Going back into MSTS RE made me realize what a huge improvement TSRE5 is!
thanks, rick
edit: how do we increase the connection distance to 0.2? (posts crossed)

The value is hardcoded in TSRE sources, here:

Just download new version 0.670. Works fine for me.

the 9d46 double slip xsdr2_9d46 can`t be placed without overlapping existing track, and the switches don`t align. ( but I guess you found that!)
in 0.670 the 9d46 single slips work ok. no blue poles.
the 9d46 double slip main shape does connect to existing track : no overlap. The 2 switches at 1 end connect ok : no blue poles.
But at the other end of the double slip only 1 switch connects ok. The other switch is displaced away from the centre of the slip and shows a gap. Blue poles remain after "z".
Well, it is late now so I will test some more shapes tomorrow night. I need to find the UKFS 3.16 user manual in case I`m using the wrong shapes.
thanks, rick

You need to place it this way:
- first place the big shape
- second place switches only to the red points. If you stick then to the middle points it will be broken, because two middle points are broken and shapes will be placed with gaps
