I have the same issue and had to go into the settings and where it says shadowsEnabled = 1 I had to change that to 0 to make it stop.

I get the "auto add" part and "no need for Z," but I guess I haven't been with it long enough to know about Ctrl+Q. I just searched Building Routes.pdf and came up with nothing.

Someone, please explain.

yes, I downloaded that version and the same effect is present. If I edit the settings file and make shadowsEnabled = 0, it then does work fine.

I think it means that if you want to go back to the version where you had to press Z, then Ctrl Q will switch it back.

See in log.txt if there is any opengl error on top. I think you don't have opengl >= 3.30.
Go to shaders directory and replace line in files Shadows.vs and Shadows.fs:
#version 330 core
with:
#version 130

Hi Goku,

Yes, you were right. I made those changes and it is now fixed.

Thanks.

Think about updating your gpu drivers, because in the future, 330 will be minimum requirement.

Updated drivers installed, but still only version 3.2 of Open GL. I will keep looking to see if I can improve it.

Thanks Geoff
