Stupid question I got a new laptop I know it could handle open rails do I need MSTS installed on my computer for it to work?

From chasing the Durango & Silverton at 18-20 MPH to chasing 3751 at 70+ along San Onofre, there is Nothing Better than Chasing STEAM at any speed! :bigboss:
