I'm pretty close to this engine's "home base" and see it run every year. If you need any help with the project do not hesitate to contact me!
Also, is that TSM? If so I can lend a hand with texturing and cab modelling. Maybe I could also help porting this into MSTS, got my own strategies from way back when to do that.

I might have to eventually consider getting open rails since your working on this project.

How many polys in this model?
In my experience a working limit for TSM is about 50.000.
With FA and fractioning carefully 100.000 for the loco.
Then, is possible to model much more detail.
Regards.

You should've considered that before! It has much better graphics and physics than MSTS, as well as quite a few new features including adjustable camera FOV! I got OR about a month ago, and I'm not going back to MSTS.

She's looking great!
Now, to the point of my post, your statement, "Nothing better then Chasing MILW 261 at 60 MPH!" Well...
Clear back in 1971 I chased UP 8444 (now 844) from Weiser Idaho to Boise. On a long straight stretch, I have to say there is nothing better than chasing 8444 at 85 mph! At least until the state cop pulled in front of everyone and slowed us all down to 70 (no one tried passing him).
