Still plugging away... what few period photos I have are used to compare to the models and when they come into my hands later than the models there's a brief period of assessing differences and deciding whether I want to fix anything.
One such photo next to a similar view in OR:
Hmmm... a roof needs to be changed, center left... maybe I should do the river edge sooner than later... but on the whole, not too bad.

That's an interesting one, can't say I've ever seen half a swing bridge before!
Interesting watching your route progress, reminds me of an N scale layout that appeared in one of the model railroad magazines ten or so years ago... nice Milwaukee branch down along one of the rivers in Chicago but I don't think it's the same as your working on. Would also make a nice switching route.

Actually it is the same -- along Kingsbury St. It was done in HO scale too.

That's it, the Kingsbury St branch! Thought the guy did a great job on the layout eve if my memory is getting a little rusty! Looks a little different without the selective compression and your including the larger yards...
