I again got troubles today, with WMP not going full Screen on some Videos, and OR again... -> reboot adn everythings fine.

So, sorry for bothering you, but as of experience, it´s really just a Windows thing.

Took some time to check this as both my Windows machines were in pieces.............

Aarrrrrrrrrrrrr............ The check box is called windowed and not fullscreen no wonder I could not find it. Also who would have thought a video option would not be under the options>video tab :) .
