Are Dynamic shadows on? they might be the cause.

Dynamic shadows would be the most likely suspect, and we did change them slightly between versions, but it was slightly so I'd be surprised if it's broken completely. What would be really helpful is some pictures.

I took some screen shots but did not post them so here is what I'm talking about.
All the screenshots exhibit the diagonal streaking that shows in every outside view but not the inside cabview. Although not visible in the shots they are not just on the ground but all through the screen.
As the train passes the black shadows start back across the left side of the train

As the train approaches the black shadows start to disappear from front to back

The entire left side of the train is black except when passing in front of the camera

I'll check about dynamic shadows. I'm sure they are on as I have every slider maxed to the right in MSTS. I am assuming this is what I would uncheck, correct?
Strange that v646 does not exhibit these streaks.
EDIT:
I found the dynamic shadows etc. in OR menu page and turned them off there. It was the culprit, no more diagonal streaking. Thanks for the help.
Now is there anything I can do about the black left side of the train?
