I would gladly share C-16s for a v2 Silverton! Although v1 is pretty darn good, Charlie! ;) I love running that route.

My only question is, what would you call 8 steamers running together?

I'd call it, "showing off". ;)

Herb, I have no objection if you want to distribute additional RR/road/numbers of the C16 variants. So long as they're uploaded here, with original docs, plus your own readme. Ditto, goes for renumbered cabeeses. I'll leave the packaging up to you. Heh, heh. :)

Please check with me re file naming, thanks, as it may save longterm confusion about what's which where. :)

PS I had no idea one of my own screenies would return to bite me. ;)

Going to have to think long and hard about that. Seems like packaging the buggers takes a lot more work than just doing them! Then I have to think about reverse engineering them since I don't use your cabviews and some of the sounds. Just a copy of my engine folders won't work because of the changes so I'd have to build essentially all new engines for upload. Doable but it would take some time of which I have little.

Hmmmm. How would you feel about me releasing just the .ace files for the repaints with instructions on copying and renaming their corresponding .s .sd and .eng files from the originals? Means the modeler will have to do some work but the rewards are worth it.

I've got a pretty good spread sheet on what used to be what and what is now on the .ace files. Kept me sane when switching from outside framers to inside. Really kind of neat to pull up the pure white .s file in Shape Viewer and watch each successive layer being applied as the numbers were changed. Kinky.

We can chat back-channel.

Eh? I haven't tried that since the days of two tin cans & a piece of string. We're gonna need an awfully long bit of string! ;) ?!

Al Gore created a wonderful piece of string called the Internet. Yeah, he did. Just ask him. :) :)
