Elvas Tower: D&RGW Baldwin Consolidation Class C60 / C16 - Elvas Tower

Four variants of 1900's D&RGW Baldwin Consolidation Class C60 / C16, locomotive number #268. The four variants are:- the original black scheme, the 1930's green boiler (Grasshopper) scheme, 1940's Chicago Exposition Bumblebee scheme in two stack variations. A separate upload includes 3 tenders suitable for the above. The locomotives feature high external 3d detailing, approx 20,000 polys each. Also features in my infamous ((BazzaMotion(2)) animation, for the locomotives and tenders.

Scale MSTS 1:1 scale, requires routes with 3ft gauge Xtracks. Requires preinstalled the default MSTS Golsdorf 380 locomotive, to which some soundsfx are aliased. Very nice sounding C16 type whistle (this is an updated/improved soundfx since the earlier outside frame locomotive previously released here).

The four locomotives are installed into a common folder. Make sure you read the installation readme, etc, thanks, include is further information about the models.

I must stress that the locomotive has been well tuned to represent the running characteristics of the class based on historical information and the latest tuning tweaks for MSTS steam locomotives. It is therefore essential that you only run prototypical consist vehicles and tonnages as recommended the ruling grades on the various sections of the USNG routes.
