Elvas Tower: DIY Mini Routes - Elvas Tower

Two utilities to enable the user to create a Mini Route installation.

SetupMSTSCore : Create the required framework for installing a route.
Will also set up Open Rails folders.
MSTS_RunRouteBatch : Runs a route's installme.bat, or other batch file, to correctly copy the required files from a full MSTS installation.

Unpack the .zip file to a temporary folder, then run one, or both installers.

Tested using 64-bit Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro. Should also run under XP, with .Net Framework v4.0 installed.

Reason for v1.1 release :
(1) Deal with the case where the new Route folder and its sub-folders are Read-Only.
(2) Fix bug where some files were erroneously reported as missing. This primarily affects copying a specified file from the source installation's TEXTURES folder and all its subfolders into the
same folders in the target installation, but the file doesn't exist in those sub-folders.
