Elvas Tower: Puzzle Route Equipment - Elvas Tower

Steam Era Equipment Package for the Puzzle Route.

This package is to provide a single, simple file for the required rolling stock for the Puzzle Route.

All of this equipment was originally released, years ago, by Dick Cowen over at TrainSim.com. This package is a fraction of the
original release. Also over at TrainSim, there are a couple packages of this same equipment, repainted for various railroads.

I altered the WAG files some. I edited the Brake parameters to allow for faster release. I also removed the Light parameter,
as all the cars had the 'Flashing Red Light' over the couplers, to imitate an EOTD. I didn't edit anything else of the equipment.
