This is the original Lehigh Valley GP38 Pack (April 2008). It is required for the Lehigh Valley GP38 Update (April 2009). The update has new and improved textures. They will Make a Fine Addition to your Lehigh Valley Operation.

The Zip File Includes, Cowen's original PDF file, Installer, and my Readme. These repaints created, packed and uploaded with permission from Richard Cowen.
