Train Chasing on the old AB&C

Over the weekend the weather was good, the sky's mostly clear to partly cloudy and so I grabbed my camera, the portable scanner and headed down trackside on the old AB&C, the Atlanta, Birmingham & Coast. Getting to trackside to take pictures can be a real chore since most of the line is very overgrown just a few feet beyond trackside. But with as fast as things grow down here in the south that is normal. Anyway, I got some good shots but it cost me a pair of jeans and plenty of cuts and scrapes.

Very nice series Paul - makes me realise that MSTS at its best is still pretty darn good. Been spending too much (frustrating) time in RS/RW. Must fire up one of my MSTS minis and get back to basics...like the light, it is generally better than in RS/RW.
I owe you a mail Paul - sorry for the delay - as usual, not sure where time has gone.
