This car would look great on logging railroads too.

Question: what route is this shot on? I'd like to see how the grass was done and I liked that old fence in the foreground of shot #1.

That catenary suggests that it's Wayne Campbell's London & Port Stanley, somewhere on the northern end, given the high tension tower in the background. AFAIK, Wayne is the only one doing overhad like that. If you haven't seen this yet, you're missing a treat. -Phil

Yep, it's the London & Port Stanley. The location is Yarmouth, on an experimental installation that Wayne sent me, to test his weed objects. After seeing that the weeds have a detremental effect on frames, even on a high-end PC, Wayne is considering using them only around stops and specific scenic areas.
They sure look great, though!

I have posted a V1.08 update on my website to give everyone a chance to check out the new detailing around Yarmouth siding.

Thanks for your comments. I have read your pleas for the heavier interurbans and flanger on other forums. I'm not planning on making any more passenger cars for awhile, and certainly not any L&PS. ( I have too many PE passenger cars and boxmotors that need to be finished). I have been focusing on freightcars and MOW equipment, (because they are so much more fun) so making the flanger, snowplow and possibly the correct linecar are more within the realm of possibility. I am currently looking at a bunch of cars for the next project, and am getting some great photos from Steve Thompson for some Sumpter valley cars that I want to do. And then Wayne has sent me photos of the L&PS SP-1 snow plow, which is a very interesting car, too. Just too many neat things to make, and not enough time, or other folks doing it. :)

Of course, you'll find yourself up to your armpits in interesting projects, like the rest of us builders ... :) ...
BTW, that's a nice cat: is it yours? I keep a couple of them myself.
(coming soon ... no! really! ...)
