MSTS Sptingfield Terminal README file

Replacement README file for the Springfield Terminal Route to correct the credit for A&R Production's "Before the Wires Came Down" video. The person who provided the majority of the video footage was the late Karl Hartman of the Connecticut Electric Railway Museum.
