East Broad Top Railroad No. 14 Whistle

A Three-Chime whistle currently worn by EBT 14 in Orbisonia, PA. Sound recorded in 2000 during the EBT's Fall Spectacular by Matthew Potosky (EBTFAN).

To Use:
Unzip this file into a temporary location.
Copy 14whistle.wav and x_14whistle.wav into the desired sound folder of a MSTS locomotive. This should not copy over any existing whistle sounds.
Go into your Sound folder of any MSTS locomotive. In the SMS files change ALL your whistle sound lines to "14whistle.wav" in the "cab" sms file, and to "X_14whistle.wav" in the "eng" sms file. Your whistle should now be able to be used by any MSTS engine. You can use any other method other than this (if you know already how to re-assign sounds) but this is the method i find easiest.

Also, you may simply rename this whistle to overwrite a previous whistle you may have (such as fswhistle_1.wav) making sure you copy the correct files over.

IMPORtANT:
I am not responsible for any damage to your computer as a result of using this file. There should be no problems with the file. I have tested it on a few systems and they work fine.

You may use this freely on any of your MSTS locomotives. May not be redistributed without my permission and without appropriate credit (Whistle recorded by Matthew Potosky, edited for use in MSTS by Andrew Greene. ) May not be redistributed for profit.
