...and Tim got it right :sorry:.

What a symphony.

Tim Muir doing what he does so well - incredible modelling and textures (have a look at the main textures in TGATool - print them out and hang them on your wall :) ).

Thank you for sharing Tim ;) .

You don't disappoint when it comes to screen shots, Rod! I couldn't ask for a better "commercial" than what you and what Steve have posted. Love the 1612 Overture! :sorry:

The quality of the detail is top-notch, as is the texturing. I'm amazed that your pipework is intact, I find the sim inclined to breakup some polys in pipework curves where the poly faces are small.

Thanks Tim - but it is hard to go wrong when you are working with a class act (I should say acts - adding in the L&PS :rolleyes: ).

At first I thought you made a horrendous error regarding Tchaikovsky - 1812 Overture...
...Then I saw the unit number on Tim's wonderful model. :rolleyes:

Have a sparkling day.
Bob

Thanks, Barry, that means a lot coming from you. I've not had too much trouble regarding misbehaving polys in pipework curves, not lately that is. I used to many years ago when I tried for more complex curves with more sides.

For you guys that have 6.2 meter trolley routes, I've uploaded a zip with add-on shape and engine files for a 6.2 meter version. You need to plop the files into the PE1612 trainset folder already installed.

Rick;

You will find there have been a lot of improvements by the MSTS community since you last looked at MSTS. The work being done with MSTS-Bin has been spectacular. All who create or modify anything for MSTS have developed amazing skills and we are all seeing improvements that no one 2 or 3 years ago would have thought possible.

You know, I found out that MSTS and Trainz will actually run on the same computer, with no artillery shells flying between the 2 folders. :rolleyes:
