A nice little KRS NG route by John Griffiths (V2 goes from Towyn to Hendre Halt) still in the early stages, but coming along well. Available over at UK Train Sim plus stock.

Dolgoch is also a beta model by Kevin Martin, but looks good on the track.

Brilliant looking route.....I'm a fan of the Ffestiniog, too, for TS1.

Cheers Bazza

I had an early Beta of the Ffestiniog, but haven't checked it out recently. The MSTS Talyllyn was ok, but no where near as nice as this. Just a few miles short at present, but there is a rival version on its way, with custom structures (such as Dolgoch Viaduct) and this one is still ongoing - so there might end up 2 complete versions!

Great! I've just D/Led it and will try to get it in this weekend in between testing Tim's 1200s and 1400s on the faux-PE. Have you tried Britomart on it or is that engine 2' only?

Best,

That is 2 foot only, but a very beautiful looking engine, also by Kevin Martin. There are some mineral line ruggas to go with it, and a coach.

Hallo!
Ah, these shots bring memories back to me. Here is a souvenir photo (although of rather poor quality) of me on the footplate of "Douglas", a sister loco of Dolgoch, when I visited the little railway on a trip round Britain in 1967. Another souvenir from this trip were two books I bought at the shop of the railway. Having not much money I had to leave the books with the fine big photos on the shelf, and got away with an Observer Book of British Railway Locomotives and a paperback about railway accidents in Britain from the beginning to today. (whatever was "today" in '67) I still use the observer book today for getting information about British MSTS locos.
