These sets here were using Bill Burnett's wonderful Sea View 4 route.
It was wonderful working with him on helping him out with testing and tweaking out the engine files for these nice steam locomotives. The models are excellent. And a big thank you very much for bringing these wonderful models to the MSTS community, Allen.

Your going to make me cry Edwin. Nice screen shots. I've really enjoyed working with you also. Hopefully
we can work on a few more. That is if you can put up all my whining and complaining.
Hey Edwin! You gotta get rid of that old loco and get the new ones. Scrap that old one.

A train of five new class 2900 is leaving the shops...
..and says goodbye to Philadelphia.
On their way to their new owner they have a break at the small depot of Marietta.
I doubt the tank has got enough water for five of these monster tenders
Home at last! A little parade has been arranged for the local press.
One of the photographers even climbed a mast to get a special shot.
And after the little party at Bakersfield the engines will do their duty on many MSTS routes. Thank you, Allen. :p
Keep on steamin'!

Looks like a few people are getting all steamed up. Heh! Heh! :p :p
Nice shots "Dietmar". Bet it took a while to set those up. Looks like I'll have to
start an album for you also. Nice work. Thanks to all of you for your support.

Sure, I'd be glad to work with you again, Allen. What's your next project going to be? The Alleghany? I know Mike Laxer is working on that one. But maybe you can do your own version of it. :p
Oh and regarding these old locos. I think I'll keep them for posterity. I sort of grown to like them. :p It's not too hard to have two of the same locomotives if you know what to do, even though they're the same road numbers.
And I already got the new ones. I just have to load them on the sim.

I'm happy you like my shots. The routes are all oldies but goodies:
1+2: NEC v.4, near Snyder Av. Yard
3+4: Rich Garber's Ohio Rail
5+6: Tehachapi Pass, Bakersfield ATSF
Keep on steamin'!

Thanks for the information on which routes you used in the pictures. The first two you mentioned I have and are indeed some of the oldies but goodies.
Oh, and here are more of my run with AT&SF 2909 and this time in the ATSF Seligman Sub. I merely remade one of the activites to accommodate the steam locomotive. My next thing is to make the route steamer friendly. ^_^

I also toured Seligman Sub with my new toys. I coupled them to my ATSF version of my Tim Muir Special.
A meeting with a member of the RAF. No, it's not the Royal Airforce, it's the Railfans' Airborne Fraction.
Posting these screens I've used the latest version (4.20) of Irfan View. It has got (in connection with the RIOT plugin) a function very useful for posting pictures on forums with different limits of file size. In the "save as" dialogue you can choose the file size of the new file.
Keep on steamin'!
