I ws looking at the wonderful Miwaukee Electirc Boxcabs and saw this route at the trainsim com download station. I've looked for comments and pictures but it seems to have been ignored a bit. If anyone has tried it I would be interested to hear some comments and see one or two screens if possible. It would seem to be the ideal route for the boxcabs.

A couple of responses:
1. I'm utterly miserable at screenshots, so I don't have any.
2. The route ate my old laptop alive, but I think the new one I've got should be great.

It is a very good route, well supported with excellent rolling stock and, like you've noticed, quality electric locomotives. I highly recommend it. FWIW, it appears that the NP's North Coast Limited also fits on that route, at least where the NP line is.

I've got the original RMD1, before Lukas Lusser's modified version, so will say that it's very good but hard on frame rates. Lukas's modifications are supposed to address some of the issues, so be sure to grab his version.

I've got some old screens from the first version...

Thanks for your comments and the pictures of the original version of the route. I've downloaded the Route and a good range of rolling stock. I'll install these and maybe post a few screenshots.
Many thanks,
Rich

Hallo!
Here are some shots of Mad Mike's old Bi Polar. It had been sleeping on my HD until I got the proper route for it.

And to finish a pleasant sight in a lonely area of the route: :)

I see Lulu Belle is still flashing the crews out there. Does her momma know where she is?

Great series of pix, Dietmar, always good to see Mike's old, but still great, bipolar being used.

Hallo!
This thread really makes me dig around in my big box of oldies but goldies. So I decided to have a ride on the North Coast Limited on this great route. I'm using the excuse of a detour to drive the train not only on the NP part of the route.
