Hi Carlo,
This bug has only just started. It is there with and without my ini files. ( ornymg and unstable )
Checking earlier versions of unstable, 20241110 is ok, 20241118 is bad.Checking earlier versions of nymg, 158 is good, 159 is bad.
Desktop log file is from a bad run from 159.I have posted both log files, the one from the openrails folder as well.

Difficult one. Where does the activity stop and where should it stop? By stop are you meaning terminate? So the activity does not wait that the train speed go to 0 to terminate the activity? Could you post or send the .act file?

Hi Carlo,
The activity starts with the train stationary. I go to notch 1. The speed is increasing slowly. When the speed reaches 9mph, the speed goes back to zero and the train stops. It will not move.
If I go to autopilot, it will continue. If I take it out of autopilot, stops immediately. Looks like the physics code to me? I will change engines and see what happens.

Substituted an original sd40 for the 2 aces, the speed does the same drop to zero from 9mph.
Autopilot still moves the engines.I will next try with another route and activity.

Moved to the CajonPass4, selected activity UP_Z-SLCSBD2-11.act.
Activity starts at speed, runs for some seconds, then speed goes to zero.
I will move to an old route and original activity so that you can run the same.
What US routes do you have installed?

Moved to USA2 and the dawn tank train, dawnoil.actCould not move the train, disconnected the engines from the train, engines move ok.
Now I am confused.
Goto go to work, back later.

The default dash9 that worked with the USA2 route has the same problem on the DRGW Green River route?

Ok found the problem.
In the MSTS track file, I changed TrackGauge ( 0 ) to TrackGauge ( 1,435m )
I changed it back to TrackGauge ( 0 ) and the problem goes away.
How do we communicate this to the developer?

Hi Derek,
you did a good search.

I believe the problem is in the format of the modified line. 1,435m means a track wide 1435 meters. You should insert 1.435m
